Refund Policy

I provide a 7 day money back no questions asked/no hassle policy. Goods must be returned in same condition purchased for a full refund minus shipping. Please e-mail me before returning goods and I will send you mailing instructions so that I don't pay duty/taxes on my own stuff. Any such items resulting in requiring me to pay such duty/taxes will be returned to the sender. All sales are final after the 7 day inspection period.

I do not give a lifetime guarantee. Why?? Well, I sold 2 SS officer bullion sleeve eagles to a guy in June 2001. Twelve months later he returned one eagle saying that a reknown expert and author had determined that it was a fake. Although I felt no obligation to do so, I returned his money. I then posted pictures of it on one of the better known public forums asking for opinions on it. Everyone knowledgeable in SS cloth stuff said that it was 100% original. 27 months later, the same guy returned the other eagle saying that it "glowed under black light". Well anyone who knows even a little bit about collecting German cloth insignia knows that this is a meaningless test for authenticity. Why did he return it? Well, he probably asked 20 guys if this eagle was good. Nineteen said it was ok but one said something like "Well, it's not like mine" or "I dunno...", or "I don't like it". Presto, he gets cold feet and returns it. The moral of this story is, if you don't know your stuff, don't buy it!!!

Method of Payment

• All prices are in US dollars.
• Shipping cost will be added to the price shown.
• I will accept:
  - international money orders (available at Post Offices in the US)
  - Western Union international money orders
  - personal cheques only if I know you
  - certified or cashiers cheques
  - cash in small amounts but at your own risk
  
• I will not accept:
  - regular money orders unless you live in Canada as I can't cash them from other countries
  - personal cheques unless I know you
  - Western Union wire transfers; they charge a processing fee of 15%

Note: An item will not be held until confirmation has been received that payment has been sent. If there is On Hold beside the item, check back to see if it gets sold or not. If payment has not been received in 10 working days, it is no longer held.
